Trump tells NBA star Curry that White House visit is off

SOMERSET, N.J. (AP) – President Donald Trump says if a basketball participant does not need to go to the White Home to rejoice an NBA title, then do not hassle displaying up.

That is Trump’s response on Twitter to star Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors – who’s made it clear he is not considering a standard submit-title White Home go to.

Curry informed reporters on Friday: “I do not need to go … my beliefs keep the identical.”

And now Trump’s weighed in: “Going to the White Home is taken into account an ideal honor for a championship group. Stephen Curry is hesitating, subsequently invitation is withdrawn!”

It isn’t instantly clear whether or not Trump was rescinding the invitation for Curry or all the group.
