Kelseyville, Calif. (KGO) —
Regulation enforcement officers, together with Lake County Sheriff’s Division, have issued a shelter-in-place within the space south of Kelseyville, close to Freeway 29 and Sand Creek Street because of a stand-off with a gunman.
