The third annual Tejon Indian Tribe’s “Honoring our Ancestors” Pow Wow will happen Saturday and Sunday at California State College, Bakersfield.
It’s an all day occasion that may function singing, dancing, arts and craft, meals and competitors.
The tribe was formally acknowledged by the federal government 5 years in the past and now greater than 900 members are reviving their language which has been lifeless for many years.
The occasion formally begins at eleven a.m. Saturday and can final till 10 p.m. It is going to begin once more Sunday at eleven a.m. at finish at 6 p.m.
