NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Authorities in Tennessee say eight individuals have been injured in a capturing at a church within the Nashville space.
Nashville hearth division spokesman Joseph Nice tells the Tennessean newspaper that the wounded have been being transported to Vanderbilt Medical Middle. The character of the accidents weren’t instantly recognized.
A dispatcher quoted by the newspaper stated that the scene was nonetheless “lively” on the Burnette Chapel Church of Christ as of eleven:forty a.m. Sunday. A number of ambulances have been seen on the church.
On Twitter, Nashville hearth officers described it as a “mass casualty state of affairs.” They stated eight individuals, almost all of them adults over age 60, have been being handled for gunshot wounds and the world across the church remained shut down.
A Nashville police spokesman did not instantly reply a phone name or reply to an e mail on the capturing.
