Deputies investigate after man allegedly shot at CHP in Lake County

Kelseyville, Calif. (KGO) —

Officers with the Lake County Sheriff’s Division are investigating after a person reportedly shot at a CHP officer on Monday morning who was conducting a visitors cease close by.

In response to officers, staff with Caltrans have been within the space between Cruickshank Street and Cole Creek Street on Hwy 29 in Kelseyville conducting street work round 10:30 a.m. Models with the CHP have been additionally within the space aiding Caltrans once they observed a person stroll out of his home and strategy them.

Deputies say forty three-yr-previous Joshua Brown, generally known as “Buck Brown,” fired two photographs within the path of the officers and staff. They observe that he fired further photographs at a State Parks Officer after which fled on foot.
