AKRON, Ohio (AP) – A person convicted of killing three down-and-out males lured by bogus Craigslist job gives is interesting his demise sentence to Ohio’s highest courtroom.

The Akron Beacon Journal studies ( ) the Ohio Supreme Courtroom will hear the attraction of fifty eight-yr-previous Richard Beasley Tuesday morning.

Beasley was convicted of partnering with a teenage boy in 2011 to lure victims with guarantees of jobs on a southeast Ohio farm. The job gives have been posted on Craigslist.

One would-be sufferer escaped and notified police after the pair’s gun jammed. He ended up testifying at Beasley’s trial.

Beasley says nationwide media protection prevented him from getting a good trial in Summit County.

The lawyer basic’s workplace says pretrial publicity barely made an impression on the jury pool.
